      Side yards is 20 ft.

    3rd addition:
      1-story = 1,850 sq. ft.
      2-story = 2,200 sq. ft.

Q: What school district is the subdivision a part of?

Q: What kind of utilities are available?
A: The subdivision is currently pre-annexed to the City of Springfield with CILCO gas and electric (until annexed to Springfield) and CWLP water.
